Why can't I get more options and variety on your website?
When we come across deals and bargains that we can pass on to our customers, they may not be available in a variety of styles, sizes or quantity. For this reason, we can only offer what is available to us. However, we do hope to have a lot more options available as we increase our inventory. Why can't I get free shipping on all my purchases?
We offer free shipping on multiples items. We encourage our shoppers to make use of this saving option.
Because our products are already at attractively low prices, we are not able to offer free shipping on individual items currently. For all single item checkout that do not qualify for free shipping a low flat rate shipping of $8.99 will apply. An additional fee will be added to the second and third item added to your cart.

We are happy to provide our online customers with some unique custom design products from international manufacturers. We do not keep an inventory of these products locally in the US currently. All custom design purchases are shipped directly from the manufacturers to you. However, we remain 100% committed to all purchases on our website. This means that all returns and refunds for custom design products are transacted directly with shoptrinideals.com and not the manufacturer. Why do the custom design items take 15-20 days to arrive?
To to keep the final cost of our custom design products at the lowest possible price we use the international shipping service provided by the manufacturers. However expedited shipping is available upon request, if you do not feel you cannot afford to wait the 15 to 20 days by emailing us at info@shoptrinideals.com.
